Talk show host Rick Amato will broadcast a special show tonight from the San Diego County Republican Party Sheriff’s Candidate Forum & Statewide Straw Poll event at the Town & Country Hotel. The forum runs one hour beginning at 6 p.m.; the straw poll follows at 7 p.m.
Rick’s show will air from 9 to 11 p.m. with complete coverage of the event on KCBQ AM 1170 or www.kcbq.com
The straw poll is “Chicago-style” in that you “buy” your votes as a fundraiser for the local Republican Party. Your $10 ticket gets you one vote, but you can purchase more.
