I agree with Nathan’s concept and his principles. But Republicans already sold the farm to the socialists and rinos in California. Now it’s time to get it back and STOP creating any more political or economic debt. Something different from the Fletcher approach is needed. Conservatives generally win on conservative economic principles and flail/lose on conservative social policies because they can’t make up their minds (they refuse to give up their (liberal) independence). If the leftist creeps want to call Mr. Demaio’s economic approach some kind of crazy war, let them. They are completely wrong to call it crazy. It’s economic discipline 101. They are proposing to suffocate all San Diegans in dreams of simplicity and debts that can only be repaid by government appropriation of now and future citizen bank accounts and private pension plans via taxation. They know that if their scheme is outed, it will not attract many votes.
