Similarly, Dumanis’ plan for education reform was eerily similar to the proposed ballot initiative which failed to gather enough signatures.

BTW – Here is my plan for how to restructure the United States. Frankly I feel that it is a brilliant piece of writing – really getting at the heart of how to use the self interest of various factions to help constrain governmental power. While I BASED it on the work of John Locke and others, it really is my plan
