Madrid, Spain banned Israel from participating in their gay pride parade out of protest over the Gaza flotilla raid.
I’m not a believer in gay pride parades anyway. Be that as it may, a few pertinent facts are called for in order to set the record straight. (No pun intended.)
-These ships were intercepted because they were carrying weapons bent on the destruction of Israel.
-Gazan authorities execute homosexuals. I’m not sure much more needs to be said except that in Israel, homosexuals are given the exact same legal standing as all other citizens.
In the name of human rights, I guess the gay pride parade forgot their own cause for a moment. Anti-Semitism will do that to people.
