Wow ! a 2nd amendment celebration dinner. But why? under Obama’s reign, I fully expect our 2nd amendment as well as all the other amendments, 1st, 5th, etc to be decimated before he leaves office. So what’s to celebrate ?
Obama made a campaign promise –
to fundamentally transform America. He has been quite successful so far and he probably believes that the American people are gutless apathetic cowards to not demand his impeachment
(which would put an immediate halt to all future executive orders)
But until we demand Congress start impeachment,
Obama will go right on transforming this nation until our constitution is no longer the law of the land and Hillary or some Republican neocon takes the reins in 2017. Our founding fathers must be embarrassed at watching this mockery of their original ‘constitutional republic.’ sad. (sorry for the unkind words directed at those who are content with the current status quo)

Sure, let’s see Republicans push that in an election year and think it will help the GOP nominee.
Brian – the problem with running out the clock is that allows Obama to complete his fundamental transformation of America – lots and lots of executive orders. By being passive, it lets them know we will vote for any Republican they select for us.
I listen to the family members of the fallen patriots at Benghazi and wonder why no one is asking – who gave the stand down order to our military? It had to be Obama. Why are we not holding him accountable?
Every Republican in the House has received the 3 Articles of Impeachment from the North American Law Center. All we need is one person to serve those papers. Just one.

Second Amendment rights will be protected and restored when the wild-eyed with crazy ideas stop spouting and holding themselves up as the face of gun ownership.
The reality is the typical gun owner is a professional family man or woman who is likely your neighbor, co-worker, family member, or with SDCGO’S help your city council representative.

This Committee will be tasked with investigating current and future Administrations to ensure that they are faithfully executing the law. Congressman Yoho released the following statement:

Blatant Executive overreach, targeting by enforcement agencies, stand down orders of enforcement on existing law—which have resulted in the deaths of Americans, and regulatory agencies that bypass Congress and write their own laws. While this committee will be tasked with the oversight over future administrations—both Republican and Democrat—the abuses of the current Administration have necessitated the creation of a whole new committee to deal solely with this Administration’s transgressions.
