It’s official,  Aztec alumni are now at   Coryell Def Con 4  after last night’s football triumph before 57,000 screaming fans at San Diego Stadium,  double the usual attendance.  The milestone victory completes SDSU’s first 3-0 start since 1981.  The victory lifts spirits throughout San Diego, and the Team’s  unity sets an example of what cooperative effort can achieve, reflecting  Head Coach Rocky Long’s personality.

…………………..    ” AZTEC  TOWN ”

If you have lived in San Diego for less than 20 years,  you have not seen San Diego become  “Aztec Town”  before.   Stand by.   Combined with  Coach Steve Fisher’s  NCAA basketball  tournament run this year,  the return of Aztec Town is now  imminent.

Heisman Trophy candidate Ronnie Hillman scored 4 touchdowns last night alone, proving he’s San Diego State’s best running back since Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk  (1991-1993).  That’s saying a lot, but with 26 touchdowns in just 16 games, while still a sophomore, Mr. Hillman has earned that lofty comparison.
