Riverside County Sheriff and 2026 California gubernatorial candidate Chad Bianco today announced his endorsement of Kristie Bruce-Lane for California State Senate District 40, citing her commitment to restoring law and order, securing the border, and fighting government waste.
“Kristie Bruce-Lane is exactly the kind of fighter we need to break up Sacramento’s echo chamber — someone who will stand up for law enforcement, fight to secure our communities, and put taxpayers first,” said Sheriff Chad Bianco. “She has the courage to challenge the radical failed policies that are making California less safe, and I know she will be a strong partner in the fight to restore common-sense to our state.”
Kristie Bruce-Lane expressed her gratitude for Sheriff Bianco’s endorsement, saying, “I am honored to have the endorsement of Sheriff Chad Bianco, one of California’s strongest voices for law and order.”
“Sacramento politicians continue to push extreme policies that protect criminals while punishing law-abiding citizens — I will fight to restore public safety, lower the cost of living, and hold Sacramento politicians accountable,” continued Bruce-Lane.
Kristie Bruce-Lane has built her career on fiscal responsibility, government reform, and community service. She currently serves as CEO of The Thumbprint Project Foundation, which helps homeless children affected by domestic violence. Previously, she was elected to serve as a Director for Olivenhain Municipal Water Board, where she fought against government waste and for proper resource management.
Sheriff Bianco’s endorsement comes as Bruce-Lane continues to gain momentum in the race for State Senate District 40, where she has already been endorsed by state and local leaders like California Assemblymen Carl DeMaio and Bill Essayli.
