Radio talk host Rick Amato told his listening audience last night that his
long-running program on AM-1170 will move to a 7:00 pm starting
time beginning January 3, 2011. Rostra readers are among his
strongest supporters, so please make note of the change.

‘The Rick Amato show’ has been an on-air Town Hall for Tea Party and
conservative activists the last 5 years, with the 50,000- watt signal
of KCBQ getting the word out… SD Rostra posters Barry Jantz, Gayle
Falkenthal and Steve Baldwin
have all guest-hosted the program
occasionally in recent years.

The earlier starting time should boost his audience further, and
offer evening commuters a positive alternative as they head home.
The program presently starts at 9:00 pm.

UPDATE: Rick revealed another change on tonight’s show (12-15) .
The program will air 5 nights a week starting January 3, Monday to
Friday. It is now broadcast on Monday through Thursday only.

Rick Amato makes his callers and guests the center of attention,
allowing the impact of news and conversation to better empower
his listeners.
