The downward spiral for President Obama has reached San Diego,
according to a new poll issued by “Survey USA” and the fine folks
at KGTV Channel 10.
How new is it? The interviews were done Monday, March 22nd !
500 randomly-selected County adults were sampled..
Just 16 months ago, Barack Obama won San Diego county
by a stunning double-digit margin: 54%, to 44% for John
McCain. In raw votes, Obama won the county by 125,000 votes.
But that was then…… and THIS is the now:

Survey USA asked San Diegans about the freshly-rammed
health care program. A solid 55% turned Thumbs Down on that:

(2) The Congress went too Far……………….39 %
(3) Congress didn’t go far enough……………26 %
(4) Support the Changes……………………….16 %

INDEPENDENTS ON THE MOVE !
The key ‘swing’ groups at work are the Independent San Diego County
voters, who [a] Disapprove of Obama 57 % – 39 % and (b) Oppose
his health care ideas 57% – 42%.
Your humble servant has followed Survey USA’s polling results around
the country for a few years. They are almost always accurate, and
these numbers merely confirm a national trend already revealed in work
by Gallup, Rasmussen and others.
