  1. As the world recognizes the farce of Global Warming, CARB presses forward to further destroy California in the name of clean air. Here is another looming example:

CARB is regulating formaldehyde in plywood, pressboard and particle board from the factories in China and India. CARB is approving Third Party Certifiers (TPC) to travel the globe, for a fee, to certify these manufacturers.

CARB also maintains that any furniture in stores or warehouses that does not have the CARB compliant sticker on it after 2012 will be subject to fines.

This is another example of CARB reaching beyond the California border to regulate industries worldwide, drive business out of California, and increase costs to consumers, all in the name of global warming.

  2. California is the engine of prosperity — for the OTHER states. Our efforts to drive wealth and businesses from the state will succeed unless dramatic changes come to pass.

Apparently 2 oil companies are going to pay for a petition effort to put the repeal of AB32 on the November ballot.

  3. Barry, great show last night. If readers want to look at documents on the CARB issue they can go to http://www.box.net/carb . Moreover, if they want to sign up for a newsletter to keep them updated, go to http://www.killcarb.org and sign up at the top left.

You are a true patriot and your show is awesome. All any of us want is what is best for California, and killing existing jobs, forget about making new ones, isn’t what the average Californian wants. Especially if the science used to back these job killing rules is flawed.
