With just four days remaining in the filing period, 1st District County Supervisor Greg Cox (R)  has attracted an opponent.  Brant C.  Will has been issued nominating papers and has until Friday to complete and return them to the Registrar of Voters.  State Bar Association records and past City of San Diego press releases disclose a Brant C. Will who is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law, and who  works in the San Diego City Attorney’s office.  Past City Attorney press statements describe Brant C. Will as a member of its “Finance Unit” as of July 2010.
