Here is an Update on yesterday’s report of Mail Votes received to date at the San Diego Registrar of Voters. Among the over 190,000 mail ballots processed to date, 44% are from registered
Republicans, 35% from registered Democrats, 17% non- partisan and 4% minor parties.

But in ballots processed on October 25th alone, the GOP lead expanded to 12 points: Republican 48%, Democrat 36%, non-partisan 12% and minor parties 4%.

Among all SD County registered voters, the GOP is at 36%, just ahead of the Democratic total. But elections are won by those who actually vote.

If you are looking for straws in the political wind, these figures are consistent with reports from other U.S. States as the GOP share of mail ballots continues to climb.
