San Diego — Citing the need for a mayor with a proven record of making tough decisions and reforming government District Attorney and Mayoral candidate Bonnie Dumanis today released a second television ad highlighting her record and sharpening the contrasts with her opponents.
“The mayor’s office is too important to trust to a Washington insider, or a Sacramento politician,” says Dumanis in the spot, which is running on multiple stations in the San Diego market. “As a judge, and your District Attorney, I’ve made tough decisions.”
As voters begin choosing whom they will support in the June primary election, polling shows a large segment of the electorate remains undecided. Dumanis is stressing her experience, proven ability to make tough decisions, and record of reform in government during this phase of the campaign.
