Saturday Event: The Future of Reform in San Diego

“How can we continue to push for reform at City Hall?”

That’s a question repeatedly being asked these days.

It’s time to get past the disappointment of November’s election losses — and get back in the game.

On Saturday, you’re invited to come and find out how we can regroup and push for continued reform.

Reform San Diego is a grassroots 527 Super-PAC campaign organization that serves as a watchdog of city finances. In April and May 2013 we will hold a series of neighborhood “Town Hall” meetings where San Diegans will learn what really is going on at City Hall with our tax dollars. The forums will push for full implementation of Pension Reform, build opposition to unwarranted tax and fee hikes, and present thoughtful reforms to improve city government.

Join us for a fundraising champagne brunch reception! Proceeds go to support Reform San Diego.

  1. When will DeMaio leave San Diego alone? That’s a rhetorical question. I just wish he would.

  2. Karen,

I know it seems like we are now living in a dictatorship with Fidel Filner running the show, but this actually is still a democracy; and many of us do appreciate Carl addressing challenging and controversial issues.

And Greg Larkin’s question is spot on.
