Nathan Fletcher Raises More Than $1.2 Million for Primary Election

Fletcher for Mayor announced raising more than $1.2 million from 4,525 donors since the inception of the campaign and $302,866 from 1,025 donors since March 17th. The total includes donations from all 50 states.

“We’ve not only raised more from individual contributors than any candidate in this race for mayor, we’ve also raised more than any candidate in a primary in the history of San Diego mayoral campaigns,” said Fletcher for Mayor Chief Strategist Tom Shepard. “The breadth of support for Nathan’s candidacy is historic.”

The campaign will file its report with the City Clerk today. It will show:
-$1,265,525 total dollars raised since June 2011 (98% for Primary Election use), $302,866 for the March 17-May 20 reporting period.
-4,525 individual donors, an increase of 1,025 individuals since March
-Average contribution of $189 during the March 17-May 20 reporting period

The total reflects contributions with no personal loans, contributions or transfers from other accounts.
