Governor Jerry Brown has a short fuse for the critics of his centralized planners:

  1. Not sure if I understand the point of this post. Is it because Brown told someone to “shut up”? There is a famous incident of Ronald Reagan telling a detractor to “shut up” and Chris Christie still does it all the time. Is it because he told some environmental critics against this voter approved plan to shut up? Or is it an opportunity to bring up the image of a dictator who’s been dead for over 60 years to make some kind of pained comparison that really isn’t there?

  2. The point, I think, is to highlight the inverse correlation between Brown’s impatient certitude and his idiocy.
