March 9, 2018 (El Cajon) — As though the water couldn’t get any hotter for embattled El Cajon Councilman Ben Kalasho, he is now facing accusations that he is illegally shielding his personal assets, prior to an anticipated August trial on allegations that he sexually harassed two beauty pageant participants in 2016, among other claims.

Ben Kalasho uses his Facebook and Twitter accounts to propagate policy and city government information. But he deletes and blocks any user who comments unfavorably or asks a challenging question about his legal problems.
Courts have held that this violates constitutional rights (1A free speech, and petition government for redress of grievances) if he does it to an El Cajon constituent.
If anyone reading this is or knows a resident of El Cajon, and you are tired of Kalasho’s illegal antics, please consider speaking with the ACLU about how best to document Kalasho’s consitiutional violations and hold him accountable in a court of law.
He’s a bad seed, and he needs to go.
