Councilmember Carl DeMaio will deliver a major speech on his jobs plan to help spur job creation at a meeting with the San Diego business group “The Entrepreneurs’ Organization.” After a highly successful series of “Pathway to Prosperity” Job Creation Forums and Regulatory Relief Day at City Council this week, DeMaio is calling for the following reforms as he presents his comprehensive job creation proposal, the “Pathway to Prosperity,” to San Diego’s leading entrepreneurs.
