Updating an earlier story on SD Rostra by Kimberly Dvorak, San Diego County sheriff’s officials have branded false the allegation of a 15-year-old girl that she was raped Friday by three men.
She “made up the story after she had sex with a man she met online,” officials told the North County Times.
“The girl, ashamed and scared of telling her parents she had been victimized by someone she met online, instead told them she had been kidnapped and raped by three Latino men, officials said.” according to the North County Times.

When I first heard about this and the description of the men, I turned to my husband and said, “it’s a lie”. The details she described sounded like my 12 year old telling me a tale after getting caught in a lie.
