We don’t have a resident cartoonist at SD Rostra. We don’t have a syndicated one. Heck, we don’t even know what a syndicate is.
But, when a reader sends a cartoon for our exclusive use, well, yeahhhh. The reader/cartoonist wants to remain anonymous, but it’s safe to say the person has an interest in Chula Vista politics.
