SACRAMENTO – In his latest “Are You Kidding Me?” segment Assemblyman Brian Jones (R-Santee) reacts to a bill that would allow state employees to go “AWOL” with no fear of being fired. Jones says, “This is not the type of behavior the state should promote. We need to hold the government unions accountable for creating this horrible work environment for those who actually want to do a good job.”
Assembly Bill 855 is currently in Senate Appropriations.
