This Tuesday, the City of San Diego held a mayoral special election to fill the vacancy left by disgraced former mayor Bob Filner, who resigned last August. Using GIS software and data from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters, the National University System Institute for Policy Research conducted an analysis of the precinct results, and Tweeted its findings this morning.
