I would not get too excited yet. Isn’t 40% the Republican registration in the city?
The D side will consolidate into a 40+% block and make it interesting.
How did Fletcher get hired by UCSD without providing his transcript? Is that another advantage the political class grants themselves?
He may not be providing it, because he never graduated. Was he once again embellishing his resume? I hope not.
