It’s San Diego’s version of the “Docks” politics in Jersey…A more intriguing observation is why is either party so laser-focused on stacking the deck on the ethics committee? Are they concerned that the other side will weaponize it or are they more concerned because they fear ethical scrutiny and therefore need the cover?
Having the GenCouncil from the RPSDC on the board reeks of predictable Boorish subtlety, don’t you think?…but knowing the history and the lingering quaff of nepotism, cronyism, and inner dealings, it really shouldn’t surprise anyone.
