The California Public Employment Relations Board was dealt a setback today in its legal efforts to halt the implementation of Prop B, the City of San Diego Comprehensive Pension Reform Initiative passed by votes in June.

PERB’s motion for preliminary injunction against Prop B was denied by Superior Court Judge Luis R. Vargas.

  1. Bob FIlner called Proposition B a sham and a fraud during the primary. He has NO credibility on this issue. Allowing him to implement Prop B is like:

    – taking marital advise from Tom Cruise
    – asking Jerry Sandusky to babysit your children
    – having a home cooked meal by Hannibal Lecter

    It won’t end well.
