North San Diego County – Now that the State redistricting process has been completed, it is apparent that Republican strongholds exist at least in the new North County Assembly Districts.
With voter registrations as high as 48% Republican in some areas to only 26% Democrat, the North County region can be a base for conservative ideals and principles to flourish.
