Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, speaks June 11, 2011, at the Eagle Forum San Diego convention. Click photo to watch a 10-minute video clip of him speaking.
In this 10-minute clip, Dacus discusses:
A decision allowing “In God We Trust” to remain on the currency,
One forbidding the County of San Diego from prohibiting a church to open, and
Dacus had more to say, but this is probably the highlight of his talk.
I’m still looking through my voluminous video clips to find more to post from the Eagle Forum San Diego convention.
And I’d like to reiterate my thanks to the folks at Eagle Forum San Diego who greatly assisted me in the logistics of doing video, most importantly John “Woody” Woodrum and fellow Rostrafarian Gabriella Hoffman. If only I’d taken more time to talk with them and the others . . . but it’s hard to do that when you’re behind the lens.

Thank you for the excellent coverage of an important local event, which the MSM appear to have ignored.
Where else but SD Rostra will you see and hear this kind of story?
I did not hear his whole speech, I was networking. But in regards to Obama and churches, Glenn Beck warned us once about churches touting ‘social justice’.
Obama said that we can’t have individual salvation unless we have collective salvation.
Last Sunday-June 5, I went to this church-The Unity Center (off Miramar Rd). The minister’s sermon – The Virtue of Justice’. in a nutshell- the people in the Western world have an ‘unearned privilege’ – thus we have a moral, ethical (and financial) obligation to distribute our nation’s wealth for the common good. We can have salvation if the entire world achieves a common salvation.
(It appears that they are following Obama’s marxist playbook step by step.)

Thanks for the kind words, Jim. I don’t know why there wasn’t more media coverage. A lot of important issues were discussed there, and some big names. Maybe the MSM didn’t want to — but for once I’m going to refrain from speculating. It was the MSM’s loss, SD Rostra’s gain.
