  1. Certainly this news release seems ridiculous on face value. I can only imagine the campaigns are so gun shy about accusations of lies or the failure to be transparent that they release this stuff as a preventative measure. Apparently the potential for humiliation bothers them less than accusations of misdeeds later. A mighty sad commentary on the process.

  2. I’ve never had a ticket and I’ve been driving for almost 40 years.

    I’m either a good driver or I’ve never been caught.

    So vote for me.

  3. Fletcher is lampooning the U-T. This isn’t a sign of being scared, this is a sign of confidence – whether it be justified or not.

    Although, if he really wanted to take a shot at the U-T’s credibility, he should have included a copy of the ticket . But then again, I suppose I’m probably among the few who feels the need to keep all my traffic fines in a file…sorted by state.
