I would say it is the Republican Party that has been “whiny” and complaining about Fletcher having the temerity to leave the Party. As for his “stalled” campaign, as long as you and DeMaio’s campaign team keep making Fletcher the focal point, there is little chance of the campaign momentum even slowing.
