SACRAMENTO – Assemblyman Brian Jones, R-Santee, releases his third broadcast commentary in the “Are You Kidding Me?” series. Assemblyman Jones discusses how California can reduce welfare dependency.

The “Are You Kidding Me?” series consist of brief radio and television recordings on current state issues.
