Very little time to post a “real” entry today, so the link below is offered as food for thought… and it makes me hungry!
What are your thoughts? Now that Paycheck Protection has passed SCOTUS muster, should “powers that be” within the state of Kalifornia once again pursue an Idaho-styled initiative statewide? If so, when? in 2010, or 2012?
