San Diego County Ballot Returns – 10/21/2014

As of October 21, 2014 at 5:00pm, 843,115 ballots have been mailed to registered voters throughout the county, and 114,176 have been returned to the Registrar of Voters.

This equates to an overall return rate of 13.54% among all ballots mailed.

Comparatively, in 2010, with 14 days until the Election, 97,265 votes had been cast.

Breaking down the ballots by party, total returns are comprised of 42.34% Republicans (9.56% above registration), 35.02% Democrats (0.32% above registration), and 22.63% independent (9.88% below registration).
