Hey everybody, welcome back to another NFL weekly preview! We’ve reached Week 10 of the 2025 NFL Season, and we have also officially passed this season’s trade deadline. Normally, the NFL trade deadline is not that exciting, but this season proved to be different! The Jets decided to ship off a couple stud players from the top of their salary cap list: CB Sauce Gardner to the Colts and DT Quinnen Williams to the Cowboys. I love this move for them, as the Jets were not going to be a contender for awhile and they seem content with stockpiling first-round picks. Hopefully they draft better than these last few years though. With all that said, let’s jump into another weekly preview!
PICKS (87-48 Overall)
Las Vegas Raiders (2-6) @ Denver Broncos (7-2)
- The Raiders traded leading WR Jakoby Meyers to the Jags this week, meaning their only production of offense will likely be from Ashton Jeanty and Brock Bowers. Both players are extremely talented, but the Broncos’ defense has been playing out of their MINDS this season. I think they win using that defense and the home field advantage.
Atlanta Falcons (3-5) vs. Indianapolis Colts (7-2)
- Another early morning game overseas. These teams meet up in Germany, both coming off of disappointing losses on the road. While the Falcons have a decent defense, I think this will be a “get-right” game for the Colts. I think Jonathan Taylor gets into the endzone a few times and the Colts get to 8-2.
Cleveland Browns (2-6) @ New York Jets (1-7)
- What a disgusting game! Each week’s gotta have one right? As I mentioned above, the Jets traded away their two best defensive players this week. The strength of the Browns’ offense is their run game, and I think Quinshon Judkins (also my Fantasy start of the week) has himself a day against this Jets defense.
Jacksonville Jaguars (5-3) @ Houston Texans (3-5)
- This is a very tough game to pick, especially with Texans QB CJ Stroud being sidelined from a concussion. These AFC South games have the tendency to be really weird, so I’ll take the Jags getting a crucial divisional win on the road.
Buffalo Bills (6-2) @ Miami Dolphins (2-7)
- Miami traded away Jalen Phillips to the Eagles this week, which will undoubtedly affect their defense. This Bills’ run game has been stellar, and I think James Cook has a big game against a divisional foe.
New England Patriots (7-2) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-2)
- Here’s a fun matchup! Both of these quarterbacks have played themselves into the MVP discussion this year which has been very exciting to watch. I think the Bucs have a chance to really attack the Patriots pass defense in this one, and if it gets into a high-scoring affair, I like the Bucs to pull it out.
New York Giants (2-7) @ Chicago Bears (5-3)
- The Bears come into this game off of an absolute SHOOTOUT against the Bengals, scoring a touchdown in the final seconds to pick up a win. The Giants have an exciting young QB in Jaxson Dart, but he’s without a lot of his weapons on offense. I think the Bears get to 6-3.
Baltimore Ravens (3-5) @ Minnesota Vikings (4-4)
- I took several upsets this weekend, and here’s a big one. Both teams need to start racking up the wins quickly if they want to stay in the playoff hunt. I think the Ravens are more talented, but the Vikings defense can be scary if they show up to play. Vikings win a close one.
New Orleans Saints (1-8) @ Carolina Panthers (5-4)
- Keep scrolling if you don’t want to read about my absolutely DISGUSTING pick of the week. Yes, the Saints only have 1 win. Yes, Tyler Shough gets his second start of his career on the road. However, I just don’t think the Panthers are that good, and if the Saints sell-out to stop the run, I think they can get the win. Go Saints!
Arizona Cardinals (3-5) @ Seattle Seahawks (6-2)
- Luckily for the Cardinals faithful, Jacoby Brissett gets the start in this game with Kyler Murray going on the IR. However, Seattle has proven itself to be one of the best teams in the league, and I think they prove why in this divisional game. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jaxon Smith-Njigba has a big game.
Detroit Lions (5-3) @ Washington Commanders (3-6)
- With Jayden Daniels being sidelined with a horrific injury against the Seahawks last week, I don’t really see a way for them to win against a stout Lions team. Honestly, I think this game has the potential to get ugly if the Lions get the run game going, and with the author of this post having Jahmyr Gibbs on his fantasy team, I sure hope the run game gets going.
Los Angeles Rams (6-2) @ San Francisco 49ers (6-3)
- Earlier in the season, the Niners picked up a road win against the Rams as 8.5-point underdogs. I think this game goes the complete opposite way, with the Rams taking care of business. Except this Rams offense to have a huge day.
Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) @ Los Angeles Chargers (6-3)
- The Steelers picked up an improbable win last week against the high-powered Colts, in which the defense forced 6 turnovers. The Steelers tend to play well against Justin Herbert and as underdogs, so I think they win again and get to 6-3. Also important to note: the Chargers are without Joe Alt, so the Steelers defensive line should feast in this one.
Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) @ Green Bay Packers (5-2-1)
- I’m not really sure why, but the Packers are favored by 2.5 points in this one. Vegas must know something about this game, but I LOVE this Eagles in this game, especially coming off of a bye week. The Eagles need to get Saquon Barkley going, and if they do so, I think they run away with a victory.
BETS (17-9 Overall) — 5-0 in my last 5!
Quinshon Judkins Over 81.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
Jameson Williams Anytime TD (+150)
Giants/Bears Over 46.5 Points (-115)
FANTASY
Last Week’s Pick: Kimani Vidal (3.00 points – horrible pick. Maybe I should stick to my betting picks. Not surprising my fantasy team is in 12th place)
Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins should be a great start against the shell of the Jets defense.
Have a great week!
