Today, the Bilbray for Congress campaign announced new internal poling results, which show him up by four points against his opponent Scott Peters.
These new polling results reflect the growing momentum in the race for California’s 52nd Congressional District for Congressman Bilbray. Internal polling conducted last week, showed Bilbray leading by two points.
The poll conducted October 15-18, with 470 respondents, show Bilbray leading Peters 48-44%, with a margin of error of 4.5%.
“I am very happy with how our campaign is going and it’s showing as voters continue to indicate their support for my reelection,” said Bilbray. “People are struggling and they want to see their elected leaders working together to find solutions to problems. That has been the hallmark of my career and the message of my campaign and it is resonating.”
