Howard Wayne and Steve Hadley, two candidates for San Diego City Council in District 6, got a healthy dose of political reality this morning when they discovered that telling one group one thing and another group something completely contradictory isn’t really a good idea when seeking public office, especially when one of those groups is the San Diego Union-Tribune Editorial Board.
