As a follow up to the news that sexually violent predator Douglas Badger is being proposed for placement in a Rancho Bernardo golf course neighborhood, the owners of the property have changed their minds about him residing there (see the letter below).
Read between the lines, but it’s pretty clear the property owners felt the wrath of the community in the last several days. Carl DeMaio gets a lot of credit for organizing much of the opposition efforts.
