Regarding the UT article today, “Citizens Panel Rips Budget Gimmicks,” Councilmember Carl DeMaio has one thing to say on the matter, via Twitter… “Exactly why I voted NO on the budget.” In case you missed it, DeMaio was the lone nay vote in a 7-1 tally on the budget package.  Twice.
