Along with every politician of any party with no connection to the situation, yet who feels the need to rush out a statement of condolence.
The President? Yes, we want to hear your words. Officials from the Boston and Massachusetts areas? Of course.
The rest of you? Just stop.
We ALL are connected to this tragedy. You, no more than the rest of us. Real humans don’t need to be told how to feel by you, nor do we need to be convinced that you are real and have feelings.
Next time, tell your press person — or your ego — no.
