(El Cajon) The influential California Dental Association (CDA) has weighed in on the 77th Assembly District Race in support of Bill Wells. The CDA has been a factor in many local primaries recently and have put their support behind Healthcare Professional Bill Wells in the form of a max-out contribution.
“The Dental Association recognizes my health care experience and service on the El Cajon City Council as a good foundation for success in Sacramento.” Said Mayor Pro Tem Bill Wells. The funding will help Wells get his message out to East County San Diego voters for the upcoming June 8th primary.
Already the first to contact absentee households, the Wells campaign has an aggressive mail campaign, supplemented by phone banking and precinct operations to reach out to voters. In addition to leading the fundraising race, Wells continues to outpace his opponents in major endorsements and voter contact.
Bill Wells is running for the 77th Assembly District to succeed Joel Anderson in the East County Assembly seat. The CDA joins a long list of financial supporters and endorsers, including the California Medical Association, the National Electrical Contractors’ Association, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, and the California Republican Assembly, among many others.
The 77th Assembly district includes the communities of: Alpine, Borrego Springs, Bostonia, Casa de Oro – Mount Helix, Crest, El Cajon, Granite Hills, Harbison Canyon, Jamul, La Mesa, Lakeside, Ramona, Rancho San Diego, San Diego, San Diego Country Estates, Santee and Winter Gardens.
