Call it the “San Diego Split”. On final passage, San Diego’s 5 Members of Congress split 3 to 2 in favor, but for once the dividing line was not partisan. BACKING the debt ceiling / $1 Trillion budget cut package are Republicans Darrell Issa and Brian Bilbray, along with Democrat Susan Davis……. OPPOSING the plan are the GOP’s Duncan D.
