Assemblyman Jones, quoting the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution says, “I know there are members on this floor who misunderstand the Second Amendment and I know there are members on this floor who hate the Second Amendment, and you know what – that’s okay – you can misunderstand it, and you can hate it because that’s your First Amendment right under the U.S. Constitution given to us by our Founders. But what you cannot do – what you do not have the authority to do – is to infringe it.”
