SACRAMENTO – Assemblyman Brian Jones, R-Santee, releases his commentary on the Cap and Trade Program in the “Are You Kidding Me?” series. In this video, Assemblyman Jones explains how this costly program implemented by the California Air Resources Board will drive businesses out of the state.

The “Are You Kidding Me?” series consists of brief radio and television recordings on current state issues.
