		<description>I want to correct the SC decision, that the US Supreme Court unanimously upheld the KEY PROVISION of SB 1070 and that the three remaining components were a 5-3 decision.

In addition today&#039;s Supreme Court Decision makes it perfectly clear that it is in fact constitutional to inquire about immigration status when there is reasonable suspicion to believe one has illegally entered the United States.

It should also be noted that the Obama administration still continues its effort to impede and assault the rule of law regarding immigration, which is a violation of the oath taken when entering office.</description>
